Terms and Conditions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) are entered into between Vitamindz Education Pte Ltd (“VE”) and any individual who has accepted, or proposes to accept, any product or service by VE, including the recipient of such products (“Student”), and any parent, guardian or person who has, or has accepted, parental or legal responsibility for the Student (“Parents”) (collectively the “Client”). Parents shall be individually and jointly responsible for complying with their obligations under these Terms.
1.2 Questor (“Q”) coins earned cannot be encashed or used to offset any lesson, VE-M.A.P., workshop and/or VE-Prestige coaching fees, but can be brought forward when the student gets promoted to the next level and/or be transferred to his/her sibling(s) also studying at VE and/or donated to VE for VE to donate to the community to help the needy. Transference of Q coins, to siblings not currently studying at VE and/or any other parties not otherwise stated will not be allowed.
1.3 Q coins cannot be used to offset any bundle and/or promotional pricing for the VE-Questor cards.
1.4 Students attending make-up lessons via online platforms like Zoom will not be entitled to earn Q coins for that lesson.
1.5 For students who withdraw from VE, Q coins not redeemed for whatsoever reasons will be donated to the charity of VE’s choice after a period of 3 months.
1.6 Q coins can only be used to redeem an entire box of VE-Questor Science Revision Cards. The cards in each box cannot be redeemed separately.
1.7 Each student can only redeem 1 box of VE-Questor Science Revision Cards per topic. No redemption of multiple boxes of the same topic is allowed.
1.8 The final decision as to whether a student can transfer his/her Q coins to his/her siblings prior to them graduating from VE and/or redeem his/her box of VE-Questor Science Revision Cards and/or Lendlease voucher(s) lies with the discretion of his/her VE trainer.
1.9 All goods redeemed using either Q coins and/or cash and/or other modes of payments cannot be returned and/or refunded.
1.10 The Client, Parents and Students acknowledge that VE owns all rights, title and interest in and to all VE-Questor Science Revision Cards, and shall not publish, circulate, distribute, share, sell, reproduce, adapt, translate, exploit for commercial purposes, modify, or disclose to any third party any
of the VE Materials by any means or for any purpose without the express written consent of VE. VE hereby grants a non-exclusive licence to the Client, Parents and Students to use the VE Materials for non-commercial personal educational purposes, and for no other purpose, and the Client, Parents and Students shall not sell, assign, sub-license, transfer or otherwise deal in any rights in the VE-Questor Science cards without the prior written consent of VE.
